Jaisalmer Stone

Jaisalmer stone is a fossiliferous golden-yellow limestone from a single quarry belt around Jaisalmer in western Rajasthan, and it is the only stone in India that comes in this colour. It has been quarried since the twelfth century, it built a UNESCO World Heritage fort that is still lived in, and the fossils in it are around 160 million years old. Supplied as full slabs at 20 mm calibrated, in five finishes from honed through to shotblast. It is sold across India as "yellow marble". It is not marble.

Midnight Black · Kadappa

Midnight Black is our calibrated Kadappa — a fine-grained black limestone from the Kadapa region of Andhra Pradesh, cut and finished in our own works to a specification the commodity market does not offer. 20 mm calibrated, three sizes on one common width, and five finishes including Cotton and Antique. Mirror-polished it reads close to black granite at a fraction of the cost; left natural or antiqued it becomes something much softer and older. Also spelled Kadapa or Cuddapah.

Sandstone Flooring

Large-format pre-sealed sandstone slabs for interior floors — up to 10 ft long, in four finishes This is not the sandstone we cut for paving. These are large-format interior slabs — 7 to 10 ft long, 2 to 3 ft wide, at a fixed 20 mm — finished honed, satin, shine or soft rustic. A single slab covers up to 30 sq ft, so a room reads as a continuous stone surface rather than a grid of tiles. Every piece is pre-sealed at our works before it ships, which is what makes a porous stone viable as a polished interior floor.

Pattern & Inlay

You send the drawing. We cut it. There is no catalogue of patterns here. We do not sell patterns. We sell the capability to cut yours. Send a drawing — a border, a medallion, a geometry nobody has cut before — and we machine-cut it from two or more stones, calibrated to the same 20 mm so the finished floor is flat across every joint. Then we dry-lay the whole floor at our factory to prove it works, number every panel, and box it in laying order. The pairings below are combinations we have cut. They are examples, not a menu.
