This website is operated by Anantay Exports Pvt. Ltd., trading as Stoneza (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using stoneza.in you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These Terms govern use of the website. They do not govern the supply of material. Supply is governed by our Terms of Supply, issued with every quotation and proforma invoice, together with our Return, Replacement & Claims Policy.
Stoneza does not sell online. There is no checkout, no cart and no payment gateway on this website. No price is displayed and no product page constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
Anything shown on this site is an invitation to enquire. Descriptions, specifications, availability and images may change without notice, and products may be withdrawn at any time.
Security note
We will never ask for card details, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking credentials through this website, over WhatsApp or by phone. Payments are made only against a formal proforma invoice bearing our GSTIN and our bank details. If in doubt, call +91 99500 36866 before transferring anything.
1. You send an enquiry with your requirement, quantity and delivery location.
2. We issue a written quotation against that requirement, stating stone, STZ spec code, finish, thickness, quantity, price basis, lead time and validity period.
3. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it and remains subject to material availability at the time of confirmation.
4. You accept in writing. We issue a proforma invoice.
5. The order is confirmed when the agreed advance is received. Production or allocation begins at that point, not before.
Commercial terms — payment schedule, loading charges, quantity variation tolerance, freight basis, retention and dispatch conditions — are set out in the Terms of Supply attached to your quotation. Where anything on this website conflicts with that document, the Terms of Supply prevail.
All content on this site — text, photography, product descriptions, technical datasheets, collection names, the STZ specification code system, page design, layout and source code — is owned by or licensed to Anantay Exports Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark law.
STONEZA and our collection names are our trademarks. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.
What you may do
- View, download and print pages for your own project reference.
- Quote STZ spec codes and technical values in a BOQ, tender or specification document.
- Share links to any page.
What you may not do
- Reproduce our photography, product copy or datasheets on another website, catalogue, marketplace listing or printed material without written permission.
- Scrape, crawl at scale, mirror or systematically extract the catalogue, whether by automated means or manually, including for the purpose of training a machine learning model.
- Present our material, project references or spec codes as your own, or in a way that implies a distributorship, agency or partnership that does not exist.
- Remove watermarks, credits or attribution.
When you submit an enquiry, drawing, BOQ or specification you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us. Do not send material that is confidential to a third party without their permission.
We treat project drawings and BOQs as commercially confidential and use them only to prepare your quotation and fulfil your order. Personal data in your submission is handled under our Privacy Policy.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to: submit false, misleading or impersonating enquiries; introduce malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with the operation or availability of the site; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
We may restrict or withdraw access without notice where we reasonably believe use falls within any of the above.
The site links to and embeds third-party content, including social media feeds and mapping services. We do not control that content and are not responsible for its accuracy, security or privacy practices. Accessing it is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is complete, accurate or current. Full limits on published images, technical values and project references are set out in our Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including loss of profit, loss of contract, project delay or specification decisions taken without physical samples or lot-specific test data. Our aggregate liability in connection with the website shall not exceed INR 10,000. Liability for material actually supplied is governed by the Terms of Supply and the Return, Replacement & Claims Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anantay Exports Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees and affiliates against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third-party right through material you submit to us.
We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including quarry closure, mining lease or regulatory restriction, extreme weather affecting extraction or transport, strikes, transport disruption, power failure, act of government, epidemic or natural disaster. Where such an event occurs we will tell you promptly and agree a revised schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the website or these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The last updated date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance. The version in force when your order was accepted governs that order.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
