Ledge Form gives you the same wall in a fraction of the time: rockface fronts left exactly as the stone splits, sawn backs and machine-cut sides so the strips stack tight and the lines stay straight. The Rawscape Collection — deep-relief stone for elevations, boundary walls and compound walls This is stone before refinement: split faces, cleaved fronts and up to five inches of relief, with machine-cut backs and edges so it still lays true. Ten products across four formats, from 20 mm modular courses to 65 mm Tuscan random and raw basalt skin. The shadow is the product — and the depth that creates it is why this needs mechanical fixing, not adhesive alone.

Cascade

Sculpted basalt panels in five flowing patterns — water, held in solid stone Rippled basalt, precision-carved so the pattern runs continuously from one panel to the next across a whole wall. Five patterns — Ripple, Abstract, Symmetry, Coal Lines and Linea Break — at 20 mm on volcanic basalt at under 0.5% water absorption. Crate-packed and numbered in laying sequence, because a flowing pattern only works if the panels go up in the order they were carved.

Stone Flutes

The CNC Atelier Collection — precision-machined fluted panels in solid stone Fluted panels are everywhere right now, and almost all of them are PVC, WPC or MDF with a printed finish. These are solid sandstone, machined flute by flute, 20 to 30 mm thick. The shadow between the flutes moves through the day because it is real depth in real material, not a photograph of depth. On a facade it will still be there in thirty years, which is not a claim a polymer panel can make.

Natural-face stone panels — the quarry's own surface, calibrated flat on the back Natural-face stone has always had one problem: the face you want is beautiful and the back is not flat, so it has to be bedded on thick uneven mortar and it never quite lays true. EarthSkin solves it. We keep the stone's original surface exactly as the quarry left it, then calibrate the back to 22 mm and machine-cut all four edges. Nature's face, an engineer's back — in 3 ft × 2 ft panels that lay fast and lay flat.
